By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website itself; the rental agreement you sign or accept when you book governs your actual dumpster rental or junk removal job, and it controls if the two ever conflict.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are flat rates by ZIP code and are estimates until confirmed by our team. Final pricing depends on your delivery address, the container size, the rental period, and the weight and contents of your load. Loads over the included tonnage are billed for the excess weight.

Delivery, placement and access

You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the delivery spot, and for any permit your municipality requires for street placement. Our driver places the container in the safest accessible location based on the instructions you give us. Placing a container on a lawn, driveway, or other finished surface is at your own risk — delivery and pickup can leave marks or cause damage.

If the driver cannot complete a delivery or pickup as scheduled — for example the container is filled above the fill line, a vehicle is blocking access, or site conditions are unsafe — a trip charge applies per visit.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous and restricted materials may not be placed in our containers or given to our crews. This includes liquids, paints, automotive fluids, propane tanks and aerosol cans, tires, batteries, electronics, fluorescent tubes, asbestos, medical waste, railroad ties, contaminated soil, and lead paint chips. You remain responsible for the lawful disposal of any prohibited material, and for costs we incur if prohibited material is found in your load.
